Cheers Richard ,I already have had a g80 which perhaps in hindsight I should have kept , I got the mk1 to stay with Olympus but it lacks a.f speed and functionality compared to the Olympus .. I could have gone for a used mkii but secondhand prices are only just below the cost of the G9 new and would also have no warranty unless brought from a dealer at a higher price

changed systems to MFT olympus omd1-E.M1X , Olympus 100-400 zuiko .., xiaoyi 42.5mm f1.8 . four thirds mmm-2 ,, four thirds 11-22.. and pergear 60mm f2.8 macro

Your composition draws the viewers eyes right to the center. Love it.

couple more wheatear shots from yesterdays walk . normally these are quiet hard to get close to ,I suspect lack of humans around is making them less shy

I keep looking at this. Greg said it draws you into it and it does. Very pleasing photo.

That's a very pretty bird. And nicely captured.
Do you keep the Panasonic on the EM1 2 now?
I didn't know about the metalwork problem until after I'd bought both and so keep them firmly anchored together.
