I am trying to achieve this effect on my holiday card - does it have a name or is it your own creative process - it rocks.

This was my own process. Each photo tends to be a bit different so preset actions don't always turn out how I like. It just has to feel right. This was a long process, which among other things included, warming the color temp a bit, desaturating a bit, a little frequency separation technique and a few more tweaks. I had a speedlight camera left, and another closer camera right. The 3rd and 4th were both behind to the right and farther left.
