Where is a good source for used Nikno gear? As canon users we have this site as a good source for used canon stuff. Is there a forum like this one for Nikon?

I've seen Nikon stuff posted on the for sale forum on POTN in the past. Maybe look at Adorama, B&H or KEH?

Is there a fee for joining FM?

LOL Just tried to join. I can't because FM won't take either of my email addresses Yahoo or Hotmail. lol

Will your ISP give you an email address you can use to sign up at FM? Most will, and then you can change your profile to your Yahoo or Hotmail address. Can't remember what I used, but it might have been my GMail address...I know it's what I use there now.

Nikoncafe has quite a bit of stuff for sale.

I'm not sure Fred accepts Gmail, you can try. I think I signed up with an ISP email address and then changed it to what I use later.

Nikonians is another one with a fair amount of Nikon gear for sale. It's free.

I have an AOL email that I use for sites that require an ISP email account. I prefer to use free email over ISP for spam issues. My ISP email is only given to friends and family.

You can view and respond to classifieds for free, just can't post them

You asked and we answered. If you can't handle "FM", which is a very good resource (better than PotN for Nikon gear), then the answer to your OP is "no"... ;)
