I really like your first shot. If you shot raw you may be able to recover some of the blown out fingers. It would also, I think, be worth the time to clone the area with You don't need any detail, just a nice soft fill to keep the attention where it belongs.
Thanks AZGeorge - I did shoot raw, I'll have to see how much is recoverable and I'll also look to see what I can do with softening that area up.

These are some very nice shots.
#1. Great shot, great focus. His hand being out of focus to me is not an issue at all as his face and expression is the focus of the image for me. His fingers is a little brighter than his face and your eye is drawn to that area.
Thanks, I'll work on that hand next time I get to sit down for some editing!
#2 great image. It looks like the little guy is taking a leak. I think that i would prefer the image with just the older boy as they seem to both be fighting to be the subject.
Interesting... I didn't think to crop out the little guy. I suspect I won't like it as much, but I get what you are saying and I'll see how it looks.
#4 The person for perspective really makes the image.
Yeah, I really liked this image overall when I put it together, but was unhappy with the color. I'm happy with the B&W. Glad you noticed my buddy way off to the side there and he still adds to the image.
#5 Good image, the low clouds add interest. I wish there was a little more interest in the sky though.
No more sky unfortunately... I however did get more ugly, brushy foreground, haha...
#6 i like the lighting and know it is the subject, but i do wish for a little more background.
Not sure if I could get much more interesting imagery out of the background, fog was pretty thick that morning. I almost didn't use this pano as I shot it. It wasn't until I warmed it up a bit that I liked it.
Thanks again guys, appreciate the feedback!
