I prefer the high country too, but obviously there are some nice places in the Valley. This was may first time shooting Half Dome from the Valley. Images in the Backcountry

I have some snapshots from before I got into photography, but yes, this was my first time shooting Half Dome from the Valley "for a purpose". Images in the Backcountry

Normally I shoot at least two different exposures. In this one, I was able to capture it in one exposure, but I processed it twice. I used Tony Kuyper's Layer Masks to blend them. Images in the Backcountry
