It fits my needs pretty well as I tend towards more nature photography and the zoom is always near adequate. If I had twice the zoom, I'd probably want a little more. It's a nice camera to take in the places I go and I don't have to mess with a bunch of lenses and having to lug them along. Although I'd love to have a DSLR, I'd probably not be inclined to take it with me as often as I grab the SX20.

Had one also liked it but not as much as its little brother SX10IS - less image noise and same lens/body.
