Viewing new threads in forums I've not hidden

When I come to POTN to see new threads I have to click on each the 6 or 8 forums I haven't hidden. Given we've already hidden the forums we're not interested in, and given "mark forums as read" is being bought back, can we have a page that shows us all threads that are new or updated in the forums we've not hidden since we last marked forums as read?

It'd be a time saver. It'd save clicks and bandwidth too.

Also, when I edit the thread right after posting it would be nice to be able to add the poll I forgot about. Perhaps set a 5 minute time limit to add a poll.

Doesn't the activity tracker, show latest threads do this?

Or the New and Followed link?

New and Followed works for me all the time.

New and followed has 66 pages for me. Once "mark forums as read" it should do the job though
