Bag liner insert

I've a McAlister waxed canvas field bag I want to use as a shoulder bag. I want a padded insert that I can adjust.

Where should I begin my search?

You might start by looking at the Domke inserts. A couple of years ago they started making them with adjustable dividers permitting you to readjust the inner walls.
