I clicked on this thread for two reasons.

- How can you not, what bird has a cooler name than "Loggerhead Shrike"!?

- I can;t recall the last time I've seen one!

Thanks, I have a few of around the house. He had a look of disgust because I just flipped up the front window, popped out the screen to get the shot (he was less than 20' away).

I want to get a shot of one of them impaling their meal, I did get one but it was in bad light from to far of a distance.

There are a few of them around the house, I could just walk out the door, walk half way to the tree and get a shot. Maybe they just got used to me stalking them. :D
