Thanks BlackChrome. He will be around all winter, but come spring he will join up with other small bucks in bachelor groups. For the most part than they will hang out in the heavy timber and will seldom be seen, as they become mostly nocturnal feeders in this area anyways. He may show up in daylight hours during the rut when he is mature enough. The does, on the other hand, are out and about all the time.
