Need help with Canon raw image download.

A member on another site has raw images taken with the Canon 400 DO II lens. When I download the raws, and view them in DPP, I can't see the image.
I get a grey square box representing the image with an X through it, but no image. When I view the image INFO, it shows all the shooting information
and the file size (about 23MB). So the file is downloaded, but can't be viewed in DPP.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, probably some thing simple I'm over looking.

The images were taken with a 7D2, are you using the right version of DPP

Make sure you are using the newest dpp.

I think that's it. My DPP version is 3.13.51.1, an older version.

Thanks for the help. Now I feel stupid. :oops:
