My experience is in line with all the above posts. I was trying to sell my shapeshifter to someone yesterday and noticed I had my rain cover missing. Asked TTP customer service about where I could get one, and they said they'd send one to me foc. Good stuff. Materials wise, I use nothing else other than TTP and domke.

I own several TT products and the Airport Security v2 bag is used a few times a week. One of the locks wouldn't reset and they took care of it free of charge as well. Great service and solid gear.

I have owned and currently use several Think Tank products and if I have ever had an issue, which has been very rare since I think their quality is superb, they have taken care of it in a prompt and efficient manner. I have been so impressed with them I only use their bags for my gear.

Customer service is the backbone of any company. Think tank, Taylor Guitars, Bolle' and Cross Pens are a couple which come immediately to mind as having some of the best...

You can add Kifaru (hiking/hunting packs) Peak Beam Systems (maxabeam searchlight, as used in jurassic park) and HDS flashlights (high quality multimode flashlights) and my local camera store (PRA Imaging - in Perth, Western Australia) to that list too

We had to warranty a bag. Their customer service is great. Can highly recommend their products.

I only use Think Tank bags. I wanted different dividers for my Retro 20 and they shipped me a whole set no questions asked. I since bought a Streetwalker Hard Drive that I've taken on multiple trips (even hiked through the Costa Rican forest in the middle of a rainstorm with it), and it still looks new. Great gear, even better CS... I'll be buying more of their products in the future.

Somehow my Think Tank Airport Security 2.0 has managed to forget its combination code. No seriously, it has. Has anybody else had the same issue come up? I just emailed Think Tank customer service, and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

EDIT: Once again Think Tank customer service is second to none, within hours of sending my email, a new lock is on it's way. :-)

I have Airport Takeoff 2.0 bag and have not had any issues. One of the reasons why bought it was great support Think Tank offers. So far as my 2nd bag it traveled domestically & internationally.

I want to guest blog on your Landscape / Travel photography blog, PM for details

their Customer Service is incredible.

I carry my TT TurnStyle 20 every day. It's on and off at least 10 times each day. they replaced it Because I broke the strap where it attached to the bag. mine was first ever

Retailer was Henry's in Canada. poor service there so I went direct
