Amazed I am.
The Lumix GM5 arrived today. This shot with it and the Lumix 100-300mm zoom.
Never would I have expected this kind of detail at a 492mm 35mm equivalent.

I was playing/experimenting with vignetting hoping for an aged look to the photo.
Obvious I don't use vignette much :)

Ah right. Now I get it :) Couldn't figure out how it got the quite distinct verticle band of blur.

We backpacked three days this weekend (insane for people our age to be humping up and down mountains with backpacks at 88F and hellhigh humidity) but perfect proof of the utility and capability of the GM-5. More and more Panasonic and Olympus impress me with the size/weight/quality ratio of their camera---obviously more important when your laboring them in said mountains.
So I took the 12-32mm, the 35-100mm, and a luxury item the 7-14mm that I used for just a couple of shots on the hike.
Anyway here's a couple from the trip-
