Managed to reel off this series of a heron fly-by
(left out a few similar in-between shots)

I'm birding in St. Thomas. So far, so good.

EDITED: now showing full size shots instead of iPhone-edited images :)

Got some more bird time today; found a little hidden pond on St. John's that had a nice variety of avian life. Black Neck Stilt, and a White Cheeked Pintail Duck. There's Bananaquit, Hummingbirds and Cuckoos around here too, just need to find their lairs. Oh, and the Pearl Eyed Thrashers (in my previous post) are as common a Sparrows here.

Shot with 100-400 + 1.4xIII on my 5D4. iPhone edits, again; when I get home, I'll switch these out for legit full size copies :D

EDIT: legit images replaced iPhone-edited ones.

She's feeding babies now:-) Pardon the lack of detail. The light was very low and had to clean up the noise. These are major crops also.

This is a Scaley Naped Pigeon. Quite large in size compared to your usual Mourning Doves and pigeons state-side:

Is this a Peregrin? I'm not 100% because this guy is so little. By far the smallest raptor I've seen, about the size of a typical Robin:
