In the Everglades NP. A baby owl that left the nest for the very first time (according to a ranger).

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong? I am pasting the link to the image on Picasaweb to EMBED WEB IMAGES location, but it only shows the image that I link to the first time, as shown below. I posted that baby owl in my previous post, but no matter what I insert in that space, only the baby owl appear! Any suggestion?

I'm not clear on what you are asking. I can see the image of the owl, and I do not see any code for any other images in your post?

Sorry, I should have been more clear:

No matter which link I embed, the only image was that owl! It does not matter if I try to embed more than one image - all of them will be that owl. When I tried to start a new posting for a new image, it was still that owl that would show!

I just tried from another computer with the same result - I was pasting the link to a completely different image, but the same owl picture shows!

Did you put the link in the 'EMBED' line and then press 'FETCH'?

You can then put another link in the 'EMBED' line and pressing FETCH will give you the second thumbnail.

You embed the photos in the text by clicking on the thumbnail

This was exactly the way I was doing. The first image went on with no problem. Then I tried to fetch another image - so I copied the new link, pasted it there, clicked on Fetch, and got the same picture of the owl.

Then I tried a new posting rather than adding a second image. So I copy and paste the link to EMBED WEB IMAGE, click on FETCH, and see the same owl from the previous posting. In the morning I come to the office and try to do the same from the office computer. The same damn owl!!!

I tried just before I posted before and it worked fine the way I described it.

Well, I've never done it this way, but I got the exact same result...

In the little "fetch" window it's nothing but that same GBH icon, even though on my web page I am looking at a different image with a different URL.

Like I said, I've never actually used that method, instead I simply copy a url and then paste it directly inline with the text where I want it.

http://jakehegnauer.zenfolio.com/img/s3/v44/p447121206-4.jpg

then I wrap that link in [IMG] tags like so;

[IMG]http://jakehegnauer.zenfolio.com/img/s3/v44/p447121206-4.jpg[/IMG]

and it ends up doing this;

As a moderator, would you care to take a look at the problem, please?
