I know I have joked with you about how you get your furry friends to pose... all kidding aside you have some of the best critter images I’ve ever seen. Thank you for sharing them and being so willing to answer questions and give guidance around how you got your images. Great work. And an even better attitude towards all of us trying to learn.

Wow Well deserved Jeff. I'm surprised to se that I'm sitting at 15 but I put that down to you and Jake as it was your images that persuaded me to shift to the 7Dmkll and Jake's thread that got me on to the 100-400mkll. I just wish that I was in a better physical condition to lift the bloody things! See my fishy photography here: https://kevindickinsonfineartphot.smugmug.com/Tropical-Fish-2/

Good to know they work well together, as I've seen a few reports from people struggling with it on crop bodies. interesting.. I've only ever used it on crops...!!! I'm gona say it works wonderfully. I've not used the 7DII, but the 80D is a great camera for the money - so I'm surprised there are issues with it and the 100-400II. Clearly you're not having any problems with this lens!
