Is it worth it? Seem to have less than stellar reviews.

As we have made the decision to offer warranties through New Leaf, then any problems can come to me!

Hi Helen,

Any chance you were able to look into my e-mail sent on the 28th of JAN. No rush, just want to make sure you received it and not sitting in the spam box. I can resend it if needed.

Thank you,

Jonathan

Perhaps you forgot about my inquire or could not retrieve the phone conversation. How does the warranty for a camera that is valued over 1k work? The warranties on Adorama's site state they are for items up to $1,000 retail value.

At this point, I have no confidence in Adorama and will avoid the company at all costs!

I'm sorry; I passed all your info to your rep's manager, to listen to the call and address the situation. I'm sorry that it sounds like it didn't happen and have just chased it up.

BTW the warranties can give cover up to $15,000 http://www.adorama.com/l/New-Leaf~Cameras (external link)
