Which in turn was shared by the local television station! Bryan helped to positively identify this bird, along with a few people here in the bird forum!

As of today, December 18th, he has been at my feeders for 5 days. More photos here, and on my Flickr.

Thank you both. Bryan is still in contact with me. He asked that I keep him posted. I own one of his bird books, Birdwatching in Vermont.

Thank you Jeff and Jeremy. I let Bryan know that the Oriole stayed for 5 days. The last day he stayed at the feeders all day, even taking a nap! Every time another bird would land on the feeder, he would wake up and give them the "evil eye!" Quite often he would lunge at them chasing them off the feeder, and then he would go back to sleep.
It was getting dark, it was snowing, and they were taken through a window, but here are a few of the photos.
