My biased daughters think that this photo is "cute". I also liked it, but will like to hear an unbiased opinion

Photo taken in NW Zambia, no idea what type of butterfly they are.

Your daughters are right - it is cute, and well exposed and focused. I would crop a bit if you can afford it without loss of IQ.

Lovely capture. I'd experiment with crop/rotation, you may find a better composition.

It is a nice capture of butterflies! And that really is the main thing the photo is about, right? Yet the butterflies only occupy a small portion of the frame, the rest of the frame feels wasted. Hence all the cropping comments. I don't think you need to be super-aggressive with the crop, but lopping off a bit will restore image to it's true purpose: two face-to-face butterflies.

Thank you, I will try a little more cropping; never thought about rotate it - good idea though. Sorry, but what IQ stands for in photo terms? (I'm concerned about my IQ now!)

IQ=Image Quality. It took me awhile to figure it out when I first started hanging out here as well.
