From a recent game as the Eastside Lions (green jerseys) went to visit a nearby Canadian team. Just a couple from that game. Figuring out how to upload photos. Embed from onedrive did not work so if anyone has ideas let me know.

Yes, I think they are soft as well. Light was a challenge that day for me.

Equipment:
Canon T1i
Canon EF 200mm f/2.8L II USM Prime Lens

Good lens, a prosumer at best camera. When I bought it 6 years ago had no idea how much Rugby I would really photograph.
Is soft primarily a user eror or should I get the lens serviced? I bought used 6 years ago and wonder if it would make sense to have the local camrea shop tune it up.

hey sorry for the delayed reply, that lens should be as sharp as a tac, do a few test shots switch a tripod against a brick all or something and see how sharp you can get it using different settings mybe
