Greetings Fellow POTN members,
I am a bit out of my element and am looking for some feedback. I am going to be shooting some sporting events for the local high school sports boosters. I will alter my normal event contract to the conditions we have agreed upon but I am wanting see if there are some suggestions on standard things sports people include in their agreements.
I will cover use of photos, in that they may use them for promotion but I retain copyright. It is up to them to obtain model releases. I will also reserve the right to sell to the parents. All my agreements have the standard "you'll only see the good ones" type of clause.
Any other major components that I should consider?
