Found image I took on website

Below is a link to a website with a image I took at my cousin Bobby Vee's retirement concert on July 3, 2011. I just sent them a email demanding them to remove the image. I found out about this on a Facebook page Bobby Vee Family and Friends.

What can I do next.

Do a quick search on "Stolen Photo" on this site -- this question has been answered many times over. I'm guessing your cousin might want to sue them, as well, unless they licensed his music for distribution.

From what I can tell this is a bootleg cd from one of his concerts.

Does not matter -- same as them using your image.

I remember searching for stuff on that big online website named after a river and finding one of my photos being used by someone who sells through them, I then did a Google image search and found some of my pictures in about 50 different countries, this is why I will never post full rez photos.
