Love the photos?

Just wondering what are the two things that either look like scratches (in a printed photo) or cob webs blowing in the wind attached to his antlers in the first photo?

I believe those are spider webs. I didn't see them until I loaded them on my computer. There was another photographer and he told me that he had been laying down for about 30 minutes and usually laid for no more than an hour before he would get up and feed, and that is exactly what he did.

We were staying at Kantishna Roadhouse. To get these shots, I road a bike 3.5 miles back to Wonder Lake, used my binoculars to find the Caribou, and then trekked cross country over a half mile of tundra with a creek crossing on the way. It was definitely worth it!

Nice job. I was in Denali 3/4 Road Lottery days and did not come close to getting pictures as good as yours. I guess being in the backcountry helps.
