I'm looking to get some cards of varying capacities for some of my equipment but I will be definetly be used for our GoPro Hero 4 Black and Car DVR's so Class 10 is a minimum.

What brand do you guys suggest?

SanDisk, Lexar, Samsung (I dunno about SD/microSD cards, but their SSD is one of the best)

Be careful the fake ones, you should double check when buying (if you buy at store)
Or buy it from trusted merchants (if you buy online)

Not all class 10 cards are equal. They can have different write speeds. As recommended by GoPro themselves for the Hero 4 Black and Silver:

SanDisk Extreme 32GB microSDHC (SDSDQXL-032G)
SanDisk Extreme 64GB microSDXC (SDSDQXL-064G)
Lexar 32GB SDHC 633x (LSDMI32GBBNL633R)
Lexar 64GB SDXC 633x (LSDMI64GBBNL633R)

That said, I use SanDisk Extreme, SanDisk Extreme Plus, and Transcend 600x in my Hero 4 Silvers (I have two and neither have had any problems with any of the cards).

Having GoPro Hero 4 black, I assume you will be shooting 4K video. In that case, class 10 is NOT good enough. You need those newer U3 card, which basically means the sequential write speed is 30MB/s or more. Within Sandisk line, that is their Extreme product line and above. Ultra only read at 30MB/s and write a little above 10MB/s only, hence, meeting class 10 requirement
