Woodpecker Enjoying Breakfast

Pulled into the yard yesterday morning and heard the telltale thump, thump, thump.

After a couple of minutes I spotted this woodpecker hunting for breakfast.

I think it is a female Downy Woodpecker but would appreciate confirmation

Nice catch. I believe you have a Hairy though. No black spots on the white of the tail feathers is a clue.
