I've got about 40 photos on which I'd like to add a watermark. The watermark is already in .png form. How do I superimpose it on a photo and is there a way to set that up as an automated batch action on all 40 photos?
Thanks.

Yes, Firefox works, but the action is more complicated than I need. I have a PNG file of the watermark. It needs no resizing. All the photos are the same size and need no resizing. I want to superimpose the mark on each photo. Is there a simpler way or a way to avoid steps in the action?

Just turn off the steps you don't need.

Just record your copy right action in PS and then select all your images in bridge and then go to image processor and batch action with the copyright :) Make sure you record a image resize in the action too with he copyright ;)

If you are using the CC version of Photoshop, don't you also have Lightroom?

It's really easy to batch add a watermark in Lightroom. You either do it when exporting to your Photo Service if you are using one that has an export function. Most of the common ones do. If not, you can export all the files to the Hard Drive with a watermark added. Then do whatever you wish to do with them.

Fantastic!!! Done in 5 minutes in Lightroom. Thank you very much.
