Trying to find a hot shoe accessory that will provide a TTL pass thru and a sync port for Sony's new Multi interace hot shoe on their newer cameras like the A7. Theses exists for the older cameras but I can not locate one for an A7. Trying to use with an on camera flash while also triggering a strobe thru a radio trigger.

I have searched and searched with no results.

Jim

Hi, I don't think such a thing exists yet.

Pixel do one for the older Sony/Minolta interface - and no doubt they will for the new 'ISO' or Multi Interface Sony hot-shoe. No idea when though.

Currently your only options are with Sony kit or Phottix Mitros - Phottix do a Mitros for both Sony versions, AFAIK.

Something that may work I believe is under development can not say the manufacture yet... It will also be part of a existing trigger system. The new shoe from sony is interesting because it has proprietary pins at the front edge..

Thanks for the comments and suggestions.

Neither the Phottix or Sony systems provide for both TTL and an external sync port. What I want to do is trigger an ETTL flash on camera and a studio strobe using wireless (not optical) at the same time. If the Sony had a sync port on the camera this would be no problem but the A7r and A7II do not have these.

Mitros +(Plus) can drive a Strato II Rx linked to your Strobe - while itself running in ETTL.
