Wrong.
It is in EF mount, and you CAN attach it to ANY canon DSLR that uses the EF mount.
Canon are the only ones who make lenses in EF-S mount. All 3rd party lenses, even when designed for crop, can be mounted on FF bodies.
Also, the 30 1.4 is very usable at wide apertures on FF cameras. Only when you stop it down does the vignetting become a problem.
At what point does the vignetting become a problem on a FF body? Just curious.
