DPP 4.1.5 Lens Exif truncated

When viewing exif info in DPP 4 (4.1.5), the lens exif is cut off and doesn't show the complete data as opposed to DPP 3 (3.14.47). For example with the same image:
DPP 3 shows: Lens EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM +1.4x III
DPP 4 shows: Lens EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6...

This makes it impossible to tell if the lens has an extender attached or not in DPP 4 as you cannot see the complete lens ID, unless of course the focal length shows something longer than 400mm.
Is there some way to see the complete lens exif in DPP 4, or change the font size of the exif data so it shows more data in the lens ID line?
