driver installation failure during USB connection

Dear all,

I have installed the software in the bundle CD successfully in my WIN XP system. However, when I connect the USB cable and turn my G2 in PLAY mode. XP can find the new hardware but report problem and failure during the installation of G2 hardware.

Error message:

cannot found the necessary "region"??? in INF

It does frustrate me what I went wrong.
