-? I am useing Windows XP pro and can not access the store,,keeps telling me i need to upgrade my browser>>??is there any way to get on-line with the store?? I am sure i am not the only one with an older PC,,must be away??

Are you using the latest version of IE that Microsoft released for XP? IF so, try getting FireFox or Chrome. It's probably worth considering upgrading your computer though - Microsoft stopped supporting XP and releasing patches for it (external link) last April. If you don't go on line with your computer, you're reasonably safe, but you're wide open to any new vulnerabilities that people uncover in the software. Not to mention that Canon, Adobe, etc. aren't providing software that will run on XP in their newer releases.

I have the same issue with IE in Vista 64. I use Fire Fox when I go to the online store and it works well.

:-)OK ,,how to get & use Fire Fox,,i tried google chrome and it did not work well..and i am not very computer smart ??
