Thanks Jay :) Took some radical "fog/haze filter" adjustments to clear the sky. Had the 1.4 on plus it was a long shot to get the bridge.

Would this lens (and 1.4x) suffice as my only telephoto( Will I miss the 70-200 range?) I do a ton of sports for the school paper. Cost isn't the primary concern, it's the fact that I'm still a little uncertain about this focal length.

Advice appreciated.
