Took a trip to sequoia this morning. Left at 4 hoping to get to moro rock to shoot the sunrise. Got there about 30-40 mins before sunrise but the road to moro rock was closed due to snow. And I was not about to walk 30-45 mins just to get there. Especially being 14 degrees out. But I did get some shots worth saving.

Snowless giants is what I called one of my Sequioa NP pictures from February 2013. I guess I left them for you in the same condition as when I photographed them :)

Interesting last photo ...

At first glance, it seemed like the front of an old airplane crash, with a view toward the front. Only took a second to realize it was not front and slanted wings buried.

Nice sky and sun.
