Am I the only one who owns this lens?

This lens came with my used a6000 and has a broken OSS motor but is still plenty sharp. I'll toss up a bunch since its a new thread and could use some samples.

Those are awesome. How's this lens handle continuous focus?

It does pretty well. The panning shots(more on my flickr page) are using continuous AF with small single focus point. The viewfinder took more getting used to than the lens coming from a 7D

Nice set, OSS is not that critical with this short of a lens, dont worry. Looks like you got a sharp copy.

Right on. Have you used it for any of your mountain biking stuff (dig that part of your Flickr)?

I have just a little bit, apparently I didn't toss them on flickr besides the snow shots. I'll have to do that. I will be using for MUCH more riding photos as biking and backpacking are the primary reasons for downsizing my setup.

Shot in very challenging lighting conditions, almost wide open (f2).

This lens can be a PITA to use sometimes as the focusing speed in poor light can be slow. But as a portrait lens, it's hard to find any other lens on E mount that comes close and isn't $800+.

Ok, so I just got my a6000 today with the 50 f/1.8 and it is very overcast outside today:-( So I just took one pic of the dog. I believe I'm going to really like this camera and I will add more glass for it soon.
