Finally i bought that FotodioX Vizelex ND Throttle Adapter for my Sony using Canon lenses, i will give that a test later if i will go out, and i thank the person who bought my SinghRay Vari-ND to fund it, also i was so lucky that i got money from renting out my Hassy gear so i bought other stuff with this adapter.

I am not sure if some used it a lot, how is the quality and the data using this adapter? What about the vignetting? and if i use another filter in front of the lens, will this affect that IQ overall or cause any color cast maybe even that additional filter is also a high quality one?

I didn't see much examples, only few shots from 1 member, so is that means it is not a good item or not many bought it for some reasons?

Ok, i did test this adapter yesterday, and i know it can be tricky and some cons but i should always use the best features over the missing features to keep going, i just bought it and saw why it is not that highly demand, but i really not giving up this adapter so quick yet.

Here are 3 [random] shots i picked out of many to pp and post

Wish i combined it with GND too to meter the sky better, but i wasn't in mood to setup much and also i was with kids and the sun was rising fast, and i forgot where i left my holder, it was mainly to test the adapter, hope soon if possible i can test there again and i'll use GND too.

I have this as well, and I think it's a good item. I actually have a lot of shots with it, basically anytime I shoot with the rok 14, I use this adapter (even for non long exposures). As long as I keep the rok 14, it will be a keeper for me. Performance is certainly good enough for me. I'll do blended exposures before I use a GND, really moving away from those things since I hardly ever use/need them. Of course, they wont work for the rok 14 anyway.

And i bought this adapter exactly to use for lenses that has non thread filters and needed special holders and larger filters, so this adapter will do the job for a while, and i also have Smyng 14 to use, and for above shots i did use a lens that is only manual focus anyway guess which one ;-)a
