While we love the holidays, and spent a lot of money and time gearing up for things.... It's over before we know it! For the last 2 months our 4 year old said that she was going to tell Santa she wanted a "Yellow Chicky" for Xmas. When we poked and prodded for other things she said she didn't NEED or WANT anything else. The joys in seeing your child smile over a $10 "Chicky" are totally worth it... This picture (although bias to the experience of my own child) reminds me that it's the SIMPLE THINGS IN LIFE that make us smile...
