App that auto corrects old photos?

I was thinking whether there is a comparable app in Windows? I'd like to use a proper scanner to digitally archive all my old prints and would want the best results.

For those who have done it before, would also appreciate scanner recommendations with ADF (auto-feed), especially for 4x6" prints.

Sorry, can't help with auto feed - don't use it. But for scanners, the digital ice and other options in epson scanners does a surprisingly good job of restoration: color correction, white balance, scratch, spot and dust removal and so forth. If you want pristine restorations, you'll have to finish up in PS, but the epson app will remove a good chunk of the work. And get a good quality epson, not a junky low-ender. I have an Epson v600. It's a darn nice little machine.
