Went camping during the xmas / new year gap at a place called Goomburra in QLD, Australia its situated on Great Dividing Range. 1st image was using an ND filter in the afternoon to get the longer exposure and then the 2nd was long exposure with a Ryobi One+ Torch to paint the trees.

Very nice. I've never been, but I immediately recognized it as Australia :)

Of the two you posted, I prefer the first one. I would slightly brighten the bottom quarter, and boost exposure considerably in the top right corner by quite a bit. But that's just nit picking. You have already captured the scene beautifully. Now all you need to do is tweak.

100% Canon!!!

I like both of them, but for me, I really like what you did on the second one. That is a shot that they use in movies, at least it appears that way, I know they don't use what you did, but for what you did, it works for me. I will probably steal your idea at some point, so that's a compliment! :)
