Weird spots on my viewfinder

So there are these weird spots on my viewfinder. Hopefully the picture shows it, there are three, occurring around the top left and then 2 more descending towards the bottom right. The picture makes them look like spots, but they look more like circles when I view them.

CANNOT actually see them or notice them when I look through the viewfinder to take a picture. Just when I am actually looking at the viewfinder itself is it noticeable. Doesn't affect the photograph. These spots have been there a while, but thought I should gather some opinions as to what this might be and whether it could be a problem.

First thing I'd suggest is pop off the eye cup and get a better look.

Squeeze the eyecup and lift upwards. Gently.

This will give you direct access to the viewfinder screen and a better idea of what might be there.

This could be oils on the outside of the viewfinder window, or maybe on the inside. Clean following the instructions in the manual. Again, gently.

Eyelash oil. Wipe it with a clean cloth.:-)

Thanks! Wiped it with some microfiber cloth and I was able to clean most of it off!
