First sunrise of 2015

I got an unexpected text from my friend about a quarter to midnight on New Year's Eve. He wanted to photograph the first sunrise of 2015. I jokingly mentioned it to my wife. She asked "Are you going?". I was like YES!!!!!!!! We were at a friends house and they all thought I was CRAZY LOL My wife and I got home around 4am. I sat around at for about an hour or so trying not to fall asleep LOL We walked over the Brooklyn Bridge at 5:45am. We never waked over the bridge when it was empty like this! We were the only people on the bridge. It was an awesome shoot! Froze our butts off but worth every minute!
