PNW Bull Elk - summer velvet vs. fall

I was able to capture this guy in July and then again at the end of November, he's in my backyard less than 30 feet from my window. Isn't he gorgeous?

I've been looking but no luck yet, they last came through the yard about 6 weeks ago and I think they might be too far away now to find the sheds easily. I seriously had a dream that I found the shed and it made for a fantastic wall display with the photos on each side :)

Elk in the backyard! How cool is that! Neat having the in velvet summer shot and the fall shot in almost the exact location.
Dreaming of finding sheds?? I thought I was the only who had dreams like that. :-)
