First I do like all the changes you have made so far but I did a search but didn't find anything so here is a suggestion.

I noticed that when going thru the New & Followed listing that the topic title color is dark but when you click to view the topic and you go back to the page that the color only fades slightly. Would it be possible to have the color of the viewed topics change to a lighter opacity (or color) so you can see easier which ones you have looked at already.
