Saw this tonight, grabbed a camera and shot a few different angles.

Nice backyard you got there. I am sure you see a lot of spectacular sunsets.

I like the last pic the most because it shows road and it takes the eye deeper into the picture.

Crazy! I wonder what the science behind this is??? I've seen the smaller type rays (which you also captured) plenty of times, but nothing quite like that. Neat!

Cool shots!

I've seen similar stuff in the desert southwest (USA) when there would be scattered rain showers that would move along with the clouds. Always loved looking at those, especially when you could see them from quite a distance and watch as they slowly came toward you...

Wow! First, I'm jealous about your backyard but you caught some amazing sights there. Well done.

I feel like if you had shot for a minute longer you would have seen Thor coming down through there. Great shots, I feel like I always see things like that but never at a moment when I can photograph. Well done! I agree on the last one, the road draws the eye in very nicely.

Thor would be more appropriate for Scandinavian location. We need to find a local legend to describe this picture ;) Maybe some god from Aboriginal Australians?
