I for one am thrilled BH has Yongnuo products since I dont have to order from sketchy China dealers and wait 4 weeks for my shipments. They forgot to send me a flash and 2nd one they sent got lost in Canada Post. Thankful to deal with proper service from BH.

First off let's be clear.

And you must have missed the part where I said I've contacted amazon a number of times in the past about similar purchases, but they said forget about it. There's a price threshold where it's not practical for them to pay return shipping, process the order, possibly mark down returned inventory, sell it to another amazon prime member with free shipping, and--let's not forget--inconvenience the first buyer by making him trot to fedex on his own time to return something he never ordered in the first place. If it were a purchase of greater magnitude, and they made the same unlikely mistake, my response would have been different. If it had been a private seller, rather than a direct purchase through amazon (who established a patterned reaction), my response also would have been different.

Also see above comment by another that sellers on ebay and amazon range from individuals to businesses--YMMV on the packaging depending on who you choose to buy from. May you have better luck with your online purchases in the future.
