Photo restoration help - PRR 1891

My grandfather retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad and this photo was one of many in his collection.
I could never get the area below the coal car to look right and would appreciate anyone's efforts to help restore this memento. Thanks!

I played around with it the area under the coal car may be no better but its different. :)
