Its been about a year or so not shooting after I moved out of my parents place. My girlfriend and I rent two rooms out at a pretty sizable house so we set one up with my gear. Any thoughts?

I am no photographer, but that looks great to me. A lovely model, good lighting and pose.

Lovely work, in my opinion.

Yeah I hadn't realized it until PP but decided to just work with it instead of trying to process it out. I couldn't remove the hotspot and make it look natural :\

You've got a great model, there!
Agree on the hot spots, especially the shoulder. Otherwise, very flattering lighting.

Excellent model. I would explore so much more as far as backdrops and lighting for her she has a genuinely photogenic composure to her skin tone.

Excellent idea, IMO it's far better to let a hot spot "natural" than badly removed ;)

Beautiful model - with excellent lighting. Don't mind the hotspot (think you can away with in this one)

Looks good to me. The only nit I see is the already mentioned hotness.

Mind if I ask what your setup is for this? Great shot and the lighting is awesome.

Its actually pretty simple. I had an AB800 camera right with a 45" reflective umbrella, AB800 camera left with a 45" reflective umbrella (2:1 ratio with camera right for fill), and a 580exII bare flash rim light behind the model.
