Is this card fast enough for the HERO 4 Black?

Is the Sandisk Ultra and/or Samsung EVO enough for the highest 1080p setting on the HERO 4 black?

Also if we wanted to try 4K we would need the Sandisk Extreme and/or Samsung Pro right?

Would be getting the 64GB of the card either way.
