Canon CPS (US) Question

Curious if any CPS members are having trouble accessing their account online? I am a former member and was trying to access my account for the purposes of renewal. I initiated a pswd reset but was not able to login. Spoke with them on the phone and they sent another reset but I still am unable to access the account.

I suppose I could see about creating a new account but I was hoping to preserve my prior history.

Don't create another account. That is a real mess in the long run.
FWIW, I did not have any problems with CPS today.
