Thanks everyone. We were in Kenya this Summer on a photo safari. The place exceeded all of my expectations. Africa should be on everyone's bucket list.

Love it. As said, the comp, and perspective are perfect. and really like your decision to use b&w on this.

Def on my bucket list. My parents spent over a month in Kenya a few years back and loved it.

Great shot, the Ellies at Amboselli are amazing. So many, like the tide coming in, you're not going to stop them. We stopped on the track & they just parted & walked around us.

I agree with your comment, Kenya has need of the tourist $ both for defense against other (not so civilized) countries & poachers. It all costs money & Kenya has very little other than tourism.

Totally agree with you. Poaching remains a huge and very sad problem. We are actually returning to Kenya next August for two weeks. How is that for love.

WHAT A MAN! Putting yourself last & doing it hard, just so you can support an emerging country! ;-)a

Well done, it's tough, but someone has to do it!

My wife & I are off to Botswana week after next. Never been there before, so we're looking forward to it.

Nicely captured. I like the atmosphere as well. Despite how large these animals are you can see they are part of something bigger.
