I just replaced my 430 EXII & 580 EXII for a Jongnuo YN600EX-RT for the outstanding price/quality.
As I'm getting fascinated by better 3rd party flashes : is there also a COMPACT Jongnuo (or other) flash that blows the Canon away?

Also it's about 1/2 the size of a 580ex... In addition it tilts.. And yes it's powerfull enough to bounce.. http://brianhurseyphotography.com …-331ex-speedlight-review/ Cameras: Canon 60D and 20D

Between the two, I'd pick the 270EX II: it's more powerful (Edit: same actually), has a zoom and bounce head and can be used as a slave off camera. Best of all, you already have it CanonYouCan wrote in post #17388729 The 270 EXII can turn the head to bounce or for catchlights, but I doubt it's even powerfull enough to bounce ![]() Side question since you have this flash already: how well does it handle bouncing off a white wall/ceiling in real conditions? By that I mean indoor, shooting 1-2 person a few meters away. I'm tempted to get that flash but I have a hard time figuring out how the specs translate in real usage. Thx.
